It’s saddening how one can make someone feel so unimportant.
How one can make us feel unworthy or not loved.
How one can use us and leave us behind. Forgetting all the good you did for them. Making us feel not wanted.
And most of the time it’s all because they are jealous.
And then we begin to give in. We begin to believe that we are not important, worthy, wanted, or loved. We leave behind all the nice things one said and forget about the good people around us.
I want you to open your eyes and rethink all the nice things one said.
You are important.
You are worthy.
You are wanted.
You are needed.
You are beautiful/handsome.
You are loved.
You are you and that makes you spectacular.
You have great people all around you who love you. Your family, friends, and even pets. Forget about all the mean things and let go of them. Think positive and stay positive. Because at the end everything will be better. Just because you had one bad day does not mean things can’t get better. You will smile a smile that is real. Those people who bullied you or left you behind will regret everything they've done to you, noticing what a great person you are. Don’t give in, believe that everything will be better. Remember the good and forget the bad.
I want YOU to look In the mirror and say to yourself:
I am important.
I am worthy.
I am wanted.
I am needed.
I am beautiful/handsome.
And I am loved.
And I don’t want you just to say it, I want you to believe it.
Because it is true.
